Duh, actually if you look real close, or not even very close at all, you'd see that they "plan" to sue. Just like ZSUN plans to file financials, and plans to sue Stock Detective and everyone that ever posted on this board with a negative slant, blah blah blah. Check the HITT thread and just like here, you will see the usual suspects BEGGING to be sued by HITT. I'm surprised you weren't in on that one Francoise, it has all the things you look for in a stock. Meaning, some bozo that works there or for the PR firm to tell you it's a good buy and going up. Just for the sake of fairness are you planning on posting the Bloomberg story about the crim past of HITT's main dudes, or were ya just gonna let that part go. Fool. CM Burns
