Using your logic you would never buy a stock when it is low -you would only buy after a run. With stocks I find that we are better to invest in aggressive management with a few good things to promote -and to do it before the rest of the world figures it out. For a good example, watch that AXON that I have been harping about for the last eight months. Watch it for the next six weeks. JP
