Semantics, perhaps, but management has *stated*, rather than *protested* ... and, if memory serves, such statements usually are in response to questions from shareholders. In other words, it's less management protesting, than it is shareholders continuing to regenerate the issue by asking about it.

Frankly, I am quite tired of hearing the subject of a reverse split regularly being dredged up. Wonder if it's always the same people who bring it up?
