Hello Stephen, Reverse Split vote is tuesday. It will happen before June 17th. The stock buy back is expected to be used for corporate n options. The distributors(semiconductors)we hope are bottoming. This dollar price minimum requirement with SEMI and the Repton folly has been brutal here. Revenues are expected between 280-300MM but who knows about the bottom line...? Of course shareholders are POed. God only knows what great financial endeavor the young Goldberg will try next. Maybe he wants to merge the company with a dolphin.....
