interesting comments gentleman. I too have been holding this company for a while and am embarressed to admit my holdings average around $4/share. I'm really concerned about seeing the price rise shortly before the release of news. How else can this be explained except for the fact of insider trading? I also would like to know who bought my rights, as I didn't, yet I understand they were fully subscribed? Also I didn't see any statements in the annual report regarding the ownership of shares. Does this mean that there is no major shareholder of the company who believes in it? According to the annual the have half a million dollars and with the rights, I think they got another million and a half. How long will this last, at the current burn rate? I remain positive on the future of this company only cause it would be silly to sell now. I really hope this can turn around. good luck to you all. Mark

I think that the meeting will be interesting, but I suspect that if we ask our questions in a clear concise manner we will get the answers that we want. I spoke to the company again today, and some of the things that have been hard for me to figure out, were explained to my complete satisfaction. Of course I now have 3 weeks to come up with some new and wonderful questions, but that is lots of time. I think the options have always been at this price in the employee incentive plan or at least that is what it seems to say in the section on page 8 in the notice. See you in June Peter
