>>>WHAT IS MICHAEL DELL DOING<<<

I can tell you what he's not doing... He's not worrying about short term.. "quick buck" fickle "shareholders"... he is focused on building a company to meet the challenges of the ever changing PC/Laptop/Server/Ecommerce/wired world and continuing to take market share from DELL's competitors... And if you look at his performance over the last 3 years no one has done it better and no other company's shareholders have benefited more... If you don't like the stock get out, go short... go to the track... go to Vegas... Go to...

Ciao

Frank, honestly, can you calm down a bit? Objectively DELL has performed magnificently and still does so, even if growth is slowing. Yes MD needs to exhibit leadership now, but on the other hand, he's not responsible for Mr. Market's manic-depression. The company is still very well run. I think you know this. Every investor bears ultimate responsibility for their decisions.

Re: "The following is not the kind of press or sentiment that we need. Michael Dell is letting his company look like a damn joke in perception. Pump it up man, get your act together Michael the shareholders are unhappy with your lack of response."

Maybe he is regrouping and waiting for just the right moment to strike -perhaps after the market jitter nonsense calms down- so as to gain maximum effect for a stock rebound?

Or he could just be running a billion dollar PC company?

The really disturbing thing about that over posted May 26th article is how effectively it has replaced all of the success, all of years, all of the billions and billions of quarterly sales in profits a successful company has. And within just one printing by someone who would probably fail terribly at selling computer hardware of any sort.

Get a grip man the bogie man will go away as soon as the lights come back on!

PS. Frank the way I look at it from here, each point down is a screaming buy!
