DoubleD, I'm not being arrogant. I'm being realistic. Milosevic regime has been responsible for the 3rd worst hyper-inflationary event in recorded history. At one point, inflation was running 1,800% per month as they printed money with bank frauds stripping tens of millions of dollars in savings from their depositors. Milosevic has been an economic nightmare for Serbia and the people realize it. We didn't destroy Serbia's economy, it was that way back in '94 LONG BEFORE we ever bombed them directly. It has been the corruption and cronyism that has prevented Serbia from achieving economic growth, as well as the aggressive expansionist policies pursued by Milosevic. And Serbia and the Balkans will likely be rebuilt in Europe's image, god forbid.. {:P
