TSIG reality check:
Revenues for the three months ended March 31, 1999 increased 8% to $102,302

Rob Gordon's salary and perks are greater than ALL the TSIG revenue!!
How do the rest of the people there get paid? I'll give you one guess.

Zeev...

The 10K contains the actual debt instrument agreement
as presented in these three sections.

EX-4.3: DEBENTURE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

EX-4.4: FORM OF 8% CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURE

EX-4.5: FORM OF REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT

I printed these three sections (45 total pages) and have been reading and annotating them.

I am actually perplexed by your admission that you have read not this agreement. I am equally perplexed as to your inability to find this agreement because you obviously have the skills to read through and find SEC documents, and have referred to others parts of TSIG's 10k and 10q filings.

Your posts have been infrequent on this thread and you have mainly been here responding to people who have queried you. Consequently I do not mean to confront or imply any purposeful intentions due to your lack of focus on the particulars of this company. You have repeatedly stated that you are not interested enough to do thorough due diligence.

However, I will ask you from refraining from making analogies to other agreements of which you are more familiar because your associations may be construed as misrepresentations.

Now as I've been reading closely through the debt instrument, I have come to the realization that the presentation of the terms of the pp on this thread have been both misinformed by purported plus exhuberant "longs" and may have also been purposely misrepresented to fulfill the trading agendas of individuals participants.

I know certain people have or had extensive Canadian holdings. I know certain individuals are much more informed then many of the neophytes on these threads. Unfortunately, many of these skilled investors are using this knowledge to manipulate rather than educate. Any willfull manipulation which is on record here on these threads, and the intent of which can be corroborated during discovery is to be blunt criminal.

Again, due to the infrequency and reasons for your posting on this thread, I am not in any way implying or inferring that I include you as part of this group of the just aforementioned "certain individuals".

However, again I will ask you again to refrain from cursory analysis until you do a much more thorough review.

Plus please feel free to communicate with me via PM.

Sincerely,

ztect

Such a lot of smart people here and nobody can answer this question!
Since when was a CEO entitled to MORE than the total revenue of the company that he/she runs?
