Globe and Mail article:

"Derlan Industries (DRL--TSE)

Friday, May 28, 1999
$2.70, up 75 cents
The stock jumped after Derlan said it has agreed to work with Boeing Co. of Seattle on a new generation of transmissions for the Apache military helicopter in a deal that Derlan said could be worth $500-million over 10 years. Toronto-based Derlan will design the Apache gearbox, build a prototype and manufacture it for 10 years. President David Williamson said the project could be extended from U.S. military applications to civilian uses later. "

Should be an interesting day Lola.

Good Luck,

Essam.

DRL all he has to have is a large block of shares that has a cost base of 1.35 during the low of Dec 98 and take those long shares and sell into any strength, supressing the stock, removing the MOMO and then reap the benefits of his short shares!! A NASDAQ trick!!

I don't think that will happen, the key will be if the other brokerages want the stock. If they do, he's toast, simple as that. If they don't, make sure you have a stop in!!
Any indication of upward MOMO and I'll jump in for .20-25c. The Key R level is 2.80-85

Good Luck!
