Just got off the phone with E-Trade and they told me they are in the process of updating the system right now and should be ready by the time the market opens. My purchase yesterday is in my account and should be able to trade it without a problem and if there is one they told me to call in and talk to a broker and trade it that way.

that is why I sold VTPI.. i use etrade... they've screwed me over before.. soon as they get IVOC in their database.. I'll look for an entry point... I'll be out today and for a few days next week..
