Perhaps ABFG is building a new business model. Announce and promote a new asset acquisition, capability, facility, line of business or advertising campaign. If it catches on, if the stock buying public shows interest, then go out and buy it! I really think you've got it. Same thing happened with that Astros ad. They announced they'd bought it, but didn't actually do so until enough shareholders indicated an interest by asking questions about it. A revolutionary new way to do marketing surveys?
