You can tradeIVOC with ETRADE its just that the shares that you OWN do not show up in your account

INCE HAS GAPPED UP 100% I put a market order to sell some 15 K at the open. It will be interesting what I get it filled at.

Take a look at WOTD I mentioned this a couple of weeks ago. Now looks like it's ready to move. News is just around the corner. Look at volume change between 3:15pm and 4pm yesterday. This will go better than LAKO.
