Sarmad, for today?? You must have me confused with Kis, I never do anything based on what I think will happen on the next trading day.
My view right now is cautious, but not pessimistic. Personally I'm now selling, but that's not my recommendation, so I don't want anyone flaming me as a bear, I just feel that there's more risk than upside, and if I'm wrong who cares??
Inflation or Interest rates?? Everyone knows that U Al is concerned about our lofty valuations. I agree with him, when you have a stock market that has created such wealth, that no one has to work anymore, I think that's awful scary.Just look here, I really don't know if anyone really has to have a real job, due to their stock winnings.I expect the Fed to raise interest rates soon.
Inflation?? When I was over @ Msft a couple of weeks ago they told me that they were going to raise all tech salaries up 15%. You see they were in the 50 percentile, and had to move up another 15% to compete for talent.
Did you know that a SQL programmer now commands over $100,000pa??
With salaries going through the roof, how much longer can we expect no raising inflation.
Now don't go out and sell all your stocks, just because of what I'm saying. If you do, sell the one's that have ridiculous valuations.
That's a lot to choose from, don't you think?, even in this new economy.;-))
Ps
Smart $money?? I'll tell you who was smart. The investor who sold his 200 shares of Amzn to William @ 196. William I'm only kidding.:-))
