Drew be realistic:
First of all I dont think anyone (unless he/she has a lot of money and no margin) should buy anything right now: we have to see if this downturn will continue: just look at a monthly chart of the Dow or Naz or both.
Secondly, the news yesterday was all about "PC's are getting cheaper and cheaper, it will be harder and harder for PC makers to make money ,etc etc etc" Now Munder's manager said DELL is emphasizing expensive aspects of the business and is not just a pc maker, but the public still does not perceive Dell that way and so the share price will stay in the basement for some time. You are perhaps thinking I dont still honor DELL as a company. I do. But as many people here I was overenthusiastic and I bought too much of it on margin and it has "let me down". I still like DELL and still hold plenty of it for my medium size account, but I dont want to keep my head in the sand and pretend something that will cause me to lose my entire margin account through inaction.
