I think you missunderstood, he means base as in Base Camp, and RD said this was all that SI could alocate for him, although I don't believe that, could be another rumor., seems a lot use this thread as a base, cause it's so cool.
as for Bii ,base to me is around .30 - 3.00

When the hell are you ever going to add anything? Technical skills are an acquired art and I would never spend my time trying to educate you. I guess the base (which you would never obviously recognize) was indeed formed as we are merely up $2.00 + and climbing. Why don't you do everyone a favour Mr, know-it-all and tell us where you work. Stop being a bloody coward. If you have an incling of character you'll tell us.
