Ed, your comments are right on. Dell is feeling the squeeze of failing pc prices, and its shows up on the P&L. Michael, as the company's leader needs to speak about the future changes in the technology, marketplace, and how Dell is going to address these changes while the company keeps growing. As you previously have stated, Armstrong, Gates, Grove, Chambers, even Waite (GTW, sp?) are addressing these issues.

On a personal note, I have notice that Michael seems to be "stiff" when he's on TV. He just doesn't seem to come across in the same manner as the other mentioned above. Maybe its just my impression, just wonder if other share the same feeling. In other words, I'm not so sure Michael is the best spokesman for the company. JMO
