Much of the west has not done well for years, is is quickly sinking into what may best be termed a depression. Many farming, ranching, timbering, mining, and petroleum production areas, are in a terrible state.

Where are you? Could be slowing already.
My fear is that the market won't recover to near it's highs while we shift from the inflation mentality to the Y2K mentality. We may run out of time.
