Good Morning Kimberly & all..MTPV- they are supposed to be in court to close on the loan today with a possibility of a news release after the bell. HOWEVER, use extreme caution with this one. I have been in this for two months waiting on "the news" and there have been delays. IMO, I THINK this is going to happen - not telling anyone to run and buy but instead use caution if you decide to invest. Again, I'm just a "regular" investor trying to make educated invests (without Level II at the time). Good luck to everyone and have a nice week - won't be back until June 7th. Hubby and I are going on an overdue vacation! Lisa :)
