A) Individuals do not take the time and hassle to file to sell under 144 without selling. Brokers hate doing all the work and not getting paid for it. One is correct in saying your not obligated to sell. But if I had to guess, 80% of that stock was sold. It is very unfortunate that undeserving individuals get lots of money off the backs of others. That really pisses me off. B) We are tired of reading the paper articles on Magliarti that Floydie posts nearly every day. We have read them, we know that now. Please dont post it anymore. In you DD work, go find more or new data instead. C) There is a lot of speculation going on here. Those on both sides are making conclusions of "scam" or "reality" when there is no real basis for either. Everything here is fact and opinion driving to conclusions that are inconclusive due to the fact there is lacking fact. Not enough information to determine either opinion. This makes it a little scary for floydie. Posting that he has come to conclusion that this is a scam and calling individuals criminals based on very little fact puts you in an uncompromising position. Could be sued!!!!! But, in this is a very strange situation. It could be real. And then again, it could be a paper moving situation. Who knows, I cant wait for it to play out tho!!! My hopes, that mags and crew come clean and prove they are on the right track!!!
