Why not "transfer" DBCC's 38 percent interest in MKTW to "CBS.com"?

Then, CBS could spin off CBS.com (via IPO) with its investments in DBCC, MKTW, SPLN, Office.com, Hollywood.com, Storerunner.com and whatever else Karmazin intends to buy. Even Infinity.com could be included in the package. In the end, a terrific set of Net properties could be assembled, not unlike NBC's recent initiative to create "NBCi."

Would you trade your DBCC for a piece of this action?
