Actually, ARTT has 300MHz of capacity in many of its larger markets. I agree that 300MHz may be plenty, especially as radios are guaranteed to get better with time, and since this spectrum is so re-usable.

They were "fired" as ART's bankers, and I wouldn't count on any coverage at LEAST until (IF) ART announces funding.

In some markets, 100-300 of course may be enough for *awhile*. What distinguishes WCII from say NXLK is WCII's bandwidth "ownership" of NYC and San Fran. After this week's conference, it is 100% clear to me that LOTS of bandwidth, especially in the bottlenecked local loop and most especially in key markets, is absolutely essential. This is why NXLK (or anyone else) will not be the BBFW LL player that WCII will.
