I saw that too... I would assume that means that decreases their cost of Rambus DRAMs... Correct? And if so, would this be reflected in their price? Just wondering out loud here...

This is good news. Chip scale packaging (CSP) has been frequently cited as a negative cost factor for Rambus. In fact the industry expects CSP to "crossover" by the end of this year to become the least expensive packaging. It also has more promise of future cost reductions than does TSOP packaging.
