See post # 2416 "ok I will move on" - I guess not...have you ever spoken with anyone at the company? You sound like an expert on company formation and acquisitions so I assume you have done it and are a very successful business owner? The company is planning on becoming a reporting company I am told in the near term and all details regarding the acquisitions will come out. I have faith in mgmt who BTW are also major shareholders to structure the acquisitions is the best interest of shareholders. Everyone have a great weekend. Ken

Greg, Until we know the details on the deal, it is sheer speculation on your part or anyone else's as to the worth of this deal. I'm sure that there was some stock involved and I'm also sure that there was some debt involved. When we became investors in this company, we were told that they were going to grow by acquisition, and that is exactly what they are doing. If I were to speculate as to the structure of the deal and remember, this is only a guess, I would say that RDIM gave them restricted shares tied into the price of the stock at a later date. They probably gave them a down payment in cash and set up a payment plan that could be paid either all or in part with cash flow created by the deal. Kevin
