I was making a little money in the stock market, GNET, of course, so my daughter took her money out of a Mutual Fund [made a whopping .50 cents] and mailed it to Ameritrade for me to trade for her. The first stock I bought for her was GNET. It immediately went down, but I assured her that it had good backing and a very positive future, unlike some of the internet stocks. She calls me everyday to tell me her money is disappearing. Do you think I did the right thing for my daughter?
