SDR: There have been two form 144's filed since May 20th. The first, filed on May 20, 1999 by John Roemer, was for 428,320 shares of stock. This most recent one, filed on May 27, 1999, is by a Renee Warden, for 25,000 shares.

Now insiders file to sell for a variety of reasons, and the magnitude of the selling is driven by those same reasons. The main question I need to get answered is what percentage of their overall holdings do these 144 filings represent. If it's diminishingly small, then no big deal. If the percentage is large......it IS a big deal(imho).
