I have performed an in-depth analysis of Micron's business plan, their competition, current DRAM pricing environment, projected demand for PCs into the end of this year and projected PC demand for PCs into next year.

Also, I have looked into the International market for PCs including Europe and Asia, current projected production capacity of competitors into next year, projections of the spot market pricing and the projections of the ASPs of PCs into next year.

Furthermore, I have reviewed the current anti-dumping laws, Micron's penetration into the international market, MUEI's penetration into the international and domestic market and MUEI's ASP.

I have extrapolated out MU's p/e ratio, price to sales and book value into 2005. I have researched their projected plans to add new fabs and the possibility of new investors such as Intel. I have reviewed the possibility of if and when INTC and TXN have or will release their current holdings of MU.

After this research, I have a complex equation that computed that MU should be selling at roughly 3, give or take a point.
