Decent quaterly report with increasing CPI business.
ADSL is getting ready (FINALLY) to explode.
H&Q recommendation.
SEC filing for financing completed. (don't know if that matters).

Personally, I look for slow and steady improvement although a jump could happen anytime.

Interesting Second double bottom, formed on top of the previous one with higher lows. A rarity, I'd say. With the market to cooperate WSTL can finally break 7 1/2 in earnest. Better yet it can base up there.
