Under the plan of liquidation, the Company is required to wind-down its operations and distribute its assets after paying or making provision for its liabilities. For the 28 weeks ended 7/13/97, revenues totalled $0 vs. $151.3M. Net income totalled $0 vs. $426K. Results are not comparable due to liquidation of the Company's Assets.
