I swore I would not buy any more TSIS no matter what ... but I did it anyway. Just bought a few thousand more for my IRA. Couldn't resist these prices. Don't understand why the stock is down, but I am taking advantage of this situation.

Does anyone have Level II ... I can only find one trade for 1000 shares at .35 -- which means one small sell brought the stock down 2 cents on the bid. That does not make sense ... does anyone have more current information, mine is delayed 20 minutes.
