Exactly, the mkt. cap is # of shares outstanding x share price. Double the shares, 1/2 the price (not for long) = same mkt. cap as I type, CNBC is doing a little piece on how valuable "insider buying" is, especially w/ internet stocks - they said *"once in a while you find a gem that has lots of insider buying and little or no selling"* you guys might remember I mentioned something about this a few weeks ago, I think while in Holland... note the insider activity on USAB... insiders.mw.cnation.com SPREAD THE WORD! -VeloSpeed
