There is acidophilus milk in the stores. Some people do drink that, or take a capsule or two daily. It's good for you in the same way that the friendly flora in yoghurt are good for you. I just don't think of taking it unless I'm on antibiotics, though.

Not as far as I'm concerned. I was going to take it after taking a course of antibiotics. Took one and it set me free so to speak, notice I'm trying to be polite?

There is something called Healthy Trinity by Pro Biotics that is supposed to have all the good bacteria.
