DD on TRKR:

Two days ago, I saw this news and have been watching the stock for
the last two days.
News:
biz.yahoo.com

TRKR is a fully reporting company.
O/S: 39M
Float: 20M

The Tracker Corporation of America is a development stage company
that develops, markets, sells and operates asset management,
inventory control and personal property identification and
recovery systems using advanced bar code and laser scanning
technology.

Tracker has 95 patents that cover their technology.

How does it work?

Symbol Technologies (SBL/NYSE)has 80% of the market with regard to bar coding. TRKR has the technology that will replace the current barcoding with a laser read bar code. The data within
the bar code will contain the following info: Date the item was
made, machine made on, date shipped, date received by the vendor,
and the person who bought the item. Current bar codes contain far
less info and if scratched, are rendered useless. Up to 90% of the
laser bar code can be destroyed and will still be readable.

Why is this a big deal?

You will no longer have to fill out warranty cards and send back to
the company. It will greatly reduce warranty fraud. It will
eliminate the hassle of filling out the card and sending back to
the Co. Explained below:

If items are lost or stolen, they can be scanned at pawn shops and
other outlets for stolen goods to see if the item is reported stolen
or missing.

How much money will this save The companies who manufacture the
goods (example: Sony lost $100M in warranty fraud in 1998... Sony
Computer Entertainment America, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Sony Corporation is using this technology from TRKR now),
insurance companies and law enforcement officials?

Schwinn is also using this technology.

How can TRKR get other customers?

Financing is in fact in place to make this happen. There are
two sources of money that for the financing... sources
can't be revealed due to insider info complications.

Negotiations are underway with other companies to use the
technology. Some of these companies are well recognized names.

For example: A large computer manufacturer loses millions a year
through warranty fraud.

Why/How?
People buy the computers from this large manufacturer, when they
receive the computer, remove some of the "guts" of the system and
send it back to the company. By the time the company realizes the
parts have been replaced, the individuals are long gone.
Using TRKR technology.... all of the interior components of
the computer will be coded. This will make this type of crime
much less attractive. The large, mail order manufacturers can
especially benefit from this type of technology.

I know something about this business already: It happens all the
time right here in Va Beach. Supposedly reputable "dealers" sell
name brand computers to individuals... The interior of the computer
is "gutted" by the "dealer" and sold to unwitting customers, mainly
at the "computer shows". The dealer then has the customer send
the computer back to the manufacturer if anything goes wrong with
it... That is, providing the customer can track down the "dealer".

As mentioned earlier, TRKR owns all the patents for this
technology... a recent suit from a worthless company was dismissed.
TRKR has no pending lawsuits or other legal actions against them.
They have full backing from Symbol Technologies. They have the
financing, they have a board member now who is the former president
of IBM Canada and IBM Japan.

Finally, the attraction here is: If manufacturers and insurance companies can reduce fraud, they reduce their losses which adds to
their bottom line.

I am told there will continue to be very positive NRs coming.
If you are interested in an investor packet, call the company at
416-593-2604.

I bought 37K this morning at .185.

AGAIN, AS USUAL, DO YOU OWN DD...
