Class Action Suit pending against NPCT/INCE Just a reminder to all INCE/NPCT investors of the pending class action lawsuit against Mr. Metzinger and these companies. Many long time INCE investors are joining together in a suit to settle differences with the company stemming from the transfer of the Particle Interconnect technology from INCE to NPCT under suspicious circumstances. Mr. Metzinger has indicated that such a suit could shut the company down, though we seriously doubt it.
