yes: The Board of Directors has approved the extension of the expiration date for warrants The Board of Directors of MG Natural Resources Corporation has approved the extension of the expiration date for warrants due to expire on June 1, 1999. These warrants were authorized with the first placement done by MG on April 1, 1997. The new expiration date is August 1, 1999 with the price of the warrant remaining at $2.00.
