the next thing you know the power abusers will be quoting Shakespeare about the first thing we do is kill all the lawyers. Most people think that quote is a slam against lawyers. Actually, it was uttered by a rogue who wanted to take advantage of the populace and knew that lawyers would stand in the way of his nefarious plot. So he wanted to remove the impediment. Perhaps SI needs a more courtroom like structure for prosecution of rule infractions.<g> mph
