Thanks for that, I haven't had the time to go back and verify the name. But I think ypou are right, it shouldn't scare anyone out as it was a small amount.

SDR: Thanks, and agreed IF it represents a small amount. I have to disagree, however, if it's 100%(using your example) of their holdings. Insider selling of that magnitude is a major red flag. Why? Quite simple. It implies they don't see their company's stock increasing in value from its current level. Indeed, it's symptomatic of an issue having "topped out".

And if insiders feel that way then who am I, a lowly "retail" investor with access to none of their information about the company, to disagree and/or ignore their sell, eh?
