...just can't seem to shake the fact of a substantive material disclosure re: TMSRs Vice President of Marketing leaving [confirmed as ronr@thrustmaster.com comes back a fatal undeliverable error] yet was buried within a less [legally material] release...!? What's going down Frank? and esp? given Hausmann received his legal training in Oregon and perhaps additionally governed by Oregon State/National Bar Rules of Professional Conduct/Discipline Rules of Court [not to mention possible Rule 10b-5 Def 14/A, S-3/A issues]? Certainly Perkins Coie can't play the ignorance/naive card...

>iEducate not 'pictured' at WeCanTalk.com despite being formally announced May 27

This could have something to do with it doesn't exist yet...

See:
ThrustMaster is developing iEducate, a comprehensive multi-person Internet voice communication, community and collaboration solution designed to enhance the online learning experience. Students will find each other online with a desktop Instant Messaging client, engage in voice conferences with their peers and professor and share documents, transfer information, share a whiteboard, review presentations and discuss their projects.

''We are pleased that Amicus Interactive has agreed to collaborate with ThrustMaster and assist us in the development of our solution targeting the distance learning education market,''

Notice the present tense. Don't see how they can get it out by June as promised.
Probably just another way to reduce engineering costs, instead of improving profits as they should, for real shareholder value.
