Let me ask this general question. Due to the uncertainty of Y2K, possible Panic, possible puncturing of the economic bubble....will you or will you not put off major purchases and take a wait and see approach.
For instance...the housing market...booming now but I see it grinding to a stand still the last couple months of the year. Taking cash out of banks, stocks, hoarding of food, water and gasoline will keep people preoccupied.
Batteries, generators, rubbermaid gas cans, basic food stocks, etc. will boom. Big stuff will be put on hold I'm afraid.
