Jim,

I am expecting it to magically reappear as soon as Intel announces Celeron - 500 (now looking like July).

Assuming AMD can pull off decent volumes on K7, I am looking forward to following MHz/Price structure in July/August:

K6-2 500MHz ~$100
K6-3 550MHz ~$200
K7-DT 600MHz ~$400
K7-DT 650MHz ~$600

On the Intel side I expect:

Celeron 500MHz ~$125
PIII 550MHz ~$250
PIII 600MHz ~$400

However, this could change if Intel changes its mind and starts raising Celeron prices.

It may look like I am way out on my limb but remember, this ASSUMES AMD being able to get decent ramp on 180nm with K7.

Good luck,
Chuck
