Oh, now the firm produces "formaldehyde-free furniture products." Quite a company.

The firm produces a resin that may be incorporated into wood products if a wood-manufacturing firm says "OK." The "OK" has not arrived.

"7 million fully diluted." 12.5 million is more like it -- but what's a few million shares for a firm with "unbelievable chemistry."

As was true a year ago, so now:

1. The firm has sold shares and not announced the damage.

2. What is important is not what will bring sales, but what will bring emotional satisfaction.

The slow-motion disaster continues, as will the sell off. Perhaps the firm will do what was promised when the stock was selling at $3.00 C: hire a competent person to manage all aspects of the business. Of course, doing so wouldn't be emotionally satisfying, so why not continue to use other people's money?

Some say it's fraud. One can only hope that jail time is the consequence.
