If the MA-6 fits this description, then it is not covered by Xybernaut patents. Xybernaut will have to compete on price with very big names. Not comforting thought. I believe the MA-6 will be a high-end version of the cellular/email/internet device because it must have full PC functionality to be protected by patents (as always, JMHO). This will not likely be price competitive in the consumer market, but could be very competitive in an industrial environment.

Xybernaut patent summary (definitely inaccurate, but my best summarial understanding):

5305244 19Apr94 Main hands-free wearable PC description
D385855 04Nov97 Design of case shell, not likely to be copied by anyone
D387898 23Dec97 Update of case design, not likely to be copied
D390552 10Feb98 Design of headband and method to attach to it
5844656 01Dec98 Update of headband assy, including safety features
5844824 01Dec98 Update main patent plus new hands free technology details
5719744 17Feb98 Technical details of Torso-mounted portion of PC
5844824 17Feb98 Technical details of Torso-mounted standalone PC
5757339 26May98 Technical details of headband assy

That's all of Xybernaut's US patents, as far as I know.
