The spread has widened. All buying coming in at .37 -- and they raised the ask, not the bid. Only one sale at .35 for 1000 shares - and they drop it to .35 and keep it there. If I understand this correctly, this could mean that the market makers want our shares. When they raised the ask, they should have raised the bid - by widening the spread, I have been told they could be trying to add to their inventory and discourage buying and hope for some selling. If no one sells, they might raise the bid.
