ztect, I didn't mean to steal your thunder, but I felt obligated to post Mr. Henry's version of the story. You added a few details, but nothing you said contradicts what I was told. For me to have owned this stock for 14 months and to have never thrashed out the Phoenix issue is a tremendous failing. While I am flailing myself, I'll add one more point. In a post yesterday, I characterized as BS Mr. Henry's statement that some other parties he had talked to objected to Marty's getting a board seat. Subsequent discussion and the information that a person representing the PP investors is being considered for a board seat give credence to Mr. Henry's statement. Thus, I publicly apologize to Mr. Henry for casting aspersions on his truthfulness. Regards, Suzanne
