Lance, You might want to pass this on to the bashers on the other board. The outstanding shares are 70,455,677 and no TA will give out information about the number in the float like some suggest. The 75,000,000 figure is an estimate of the outstanding with the next two acquisitions. BTW, to the "know it alls". Insider selling is not allowed by law without current financials. Mr. Naughton has not sold any shares. There is also lots of stock that is restricted for a long period of time. I believe certain individuals are getting precariously close to hurting themselves.
