Looks to me like slow accumulation over the last 2-3 days with an attempt not to drive the price up too high. Get what they can below $7. Got all I can afford.

Trading pretty nearly dried up in the second half of the day. Price is going to move from here and I think it will go up. There are those out there that are steadily and slowly trying to accumulate shares. Unless I learn something otherwise, price will have to be quite a bit higher than $7 before I'll part with mine.

The floodgate of DSL service will be starting this year and strongly extending into 2000. CPI is developing well and, best, I would think as an eventual spin-off from WSTL.
