Where did you see a date for the R/S. I re-read the PR announcing the R/S today and they said that 6.1.99 was the anticipated date and would be confirmed in a follow up PR. Frank C.

EDIT- A 50k buy just went by.

RE: FLNK 5-1 R/S

Was there a follow up NR/PR to the one announcing the R/S. The NR/PR on 5/14/99 stated that the date of the 5-1 split was expected to be 6/1/99, but would be confirmed in a follow up NR/PR.

"Implementation of this reverse split remains subject to the Company's filing of amended Articles with the Colorado Secretary of State. The mechanics of effecting the reverse split, including the formal amendment of FutureLink's Articles and the adjustments to outstanding share certificates, which will be handled by the Company's Transfer Agent, should be completed within the next two to three weeks. FutureLink expects that its shares will begin to trade on a post-reverse split basis effective June 1, 1999. The Company will confirm this date in a subsequent press release. "

I still haven't seen the subsequent press release, have you? Will FLNK effect the reverse split without a confirming PR? I' not so sure of that. Opinions anyone ?
