NITE can go down 14 points in two days and it can't even move up 2 points in 2 days....how ridiculous.

Whether NITE would be sold at this point is a tough question. For most, including Pasternak, it would take a large premium over current price to induce a tender. By that I mean there appears to be too much upside potential to give it away for a few points profit. Then again it's hard to say; CA bought PLAT for 29.25 a share when it was at about 9 or about 300% over market, but still far below it's all time high.

Tha call issue is also tough. I know I often sell 3-4 month out at the money calls when a stock has just reached a new frenzied high. At that point I am anticipating a pull back and I then buy the calls back when the premium drops. Sort of a safe insurance that guarantees a profit no matter what. Given NITE has already had a sizable pullback, recent call volume would suggest a positive outlook.

These charts indicate a bounce off the bottom of the Bollinger bands and low RSI. OBV seems to indicate the stock is under accumulation yet Money flow is still negative.
