That's a reasonable size acquisition & probably they are fairly profitable if they make their own product and being in California etc. You are right about YF's poor PR abilities.......where is that outside PR guy (Motherhill?)? I thought he was supposed to do all the spinning & PR work for YF? I still don't see this as reason to sell the stock though. Poor PR skills don't imply poor management. Oh well, I've "made my bed" so to speak & I guess I will there till the end to see how this story unfolds.
