Gates has said repeatedly that the trail should be a non factor and it is wise to use that piece of advice in predicting where the stock should be/would be.

Just read today's news very carefully, then you will know if they are talking or not !!! If they are not talking, then the news that it is not possible to reach a settlement before the resumption of the trial is meaningless, because, they are not talking, then why release a news said it is impossible to reach a settlement before the trial resumed. Because they are talking , but the time is so close for the resumption of the trial, so , news is released that it is impossible to reach a settlement before the trial .
