I'm wondering if it might not be real - funds bargain-hunting. It's happening to a lot of inets in the last hour - dclk, etys, strm, yhoo....

Jim,

Pardon the expression, but I thought you were among the experienced. Your sounding like the plethora of amateur traders that flock the boards.

>>>Gopher --were over 175 mark --something good is happening I feel it in my bones .<<<

It's called, all the internets are up.

>>>Rob--EBAY has been stuck at 176 for 2 hours here. Wonder why-- very weird. Any news on the meeting ?? <<<

What in the world is so weird about EBAY being at 176 for 2 whole hours. Trading is light, whats so special?

>>>Nelson --watch EBAY sell off last 20 min of market -I think a lot of traders expected some news today .<<<

As for the 20 min selloff, the opposite happened. The net stocks actually picked up steam into the close. And if traders these days have any brains left at all, they wouldn't be surprised that it was a no news day - meeting or no meeting.

Besides, don't you think management would rather release news on a day in many fund managers aren't on their 3 day vacations?

Really...
